Cancellations/Returns
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned without the written approval of the Seller. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Product must be in its original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, regardless of delivery status. No returns or refunds issued for special orders.
Pickup Only
All goods listed are for pickup only at 3510 Arundell Circle, Ventura, California 93003. When picking up products from SAFEBOARD®, vehicles are loaded at Buyer’s own risk. Seller assumes no liability for Buyer’s vehicle. Seller is not liable for damage to product once it has left the Seller’s possession.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for the State of California at Ventura tax rate.
Installation/Maintenance
Buyer is responsible for arranging installation of the product. Seller is not responsible for any claims related to labor or faulty installation. Proper installation techniques vary per product, and certain products may require special installation and maintenance techniques. Have your contractor/installer request information from SAFEBOARD® on recommended installation methods, tools, and support products. Buyer acknowledges that installation constitutes acceptance of product. No claim will be recognized after installation. Seller is not responsible for improper installation or maintenance of product.
In no event shall SAFEBOARD® be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the products sold. All items sold are for professional use only (+ PPE required).
