SAFEBOARD® Screws
1.25” Stainless Steel Truss Head
Self Piercing Star Drive
We’ve engineered the very best screws for securing SAFEBOARD® Sub-tops to your cabinets.
SAFEBOARD® Screws feature a low-profile Truss Head and a cutting ribbon that fits snug and flush to the panel—designed to pierce easily and disperse strain evenly once the screw is driven into the panel. Perfect for interior and exterior applications.
Oftentimes, when construction screws and drywall screws are used on aluminum, they are easily over torqued and can cause damage to the core. Visit our download area to see our Installation Guidelines.

SAFEBOARD® OSP Masonry Screws
0.25 x 2.25" Screws
Incudes Phillips Bit and Carbide Concrete Drill
Highly engineered screws for securing SAFEBOARD® OSP and OSP-X sub-tops to masonry and cement.
SAFEBOARD® OSP Masonry Screws are designed for use on concrete, masonry blocks and bricks to secure your OSP Panel. Designed with a flat head to ensure the skin of aluminum does not get punctured when over-torqued by a standard masonry screw, instead it creates a dimple when torqued correctly. Each kit also includes a high-quality masonry drill bit set to ensure precise and efficient installation.
These screws boast a superior construction featuring a diamond tip, ensuring seamless driving into pre-drilled holes with precision and ease. The incorporation of hi-low screw threads further enhances efficiency, enabling fast and secure installations.
Installation Instructions: Hammer Drill is required for optimal pre-drill performance. Use the supplied carbide concrete drill bit for drilling.
SAFEBOND® Adhesive
Made in the USA, SAFEBOND® was specifically designed to bond SAFEBOARD® to other substrates.
SAFEBOND® uses hybrid technology to develop immediate strength to substrates while the adhesive cures, and provides a long-term, durable bond. Made up of 100% solids, SAFEBOND® will not shrink and is free of isocyanates and solvents which make it easy and friendly to work with at a variety of temperatures.
SAFEBOND® will remain consistent to dispense and tool whether cold or hot outside unlike many solvent-based adhesives. It will bond to wet substrates and can be applied when water or moisture is present without washing off (water-based adhesives) or outgassing and bubbling (polyurethanes). SAFEBOND® has a very broad adhesion range and can be used for a variety of industrial or construction applications.
SAFEBOND Seam Tape
SAFEBOND Seam Tape is an adhesive designed specifically to be used with SAFEBOARD® PSA.
If PSA is applied to a slab incorrectly, PSA can detach from the slab surface it is bonded to during intensive fabrication processes. Seam Tape is the solution to this problem – just apply some Seam Tape glue between the detached Quick Stick panel and the slab bonding surface then press it back on. The bond will cure within minutes, or if using our provided Seam Tape accelerator, the bond will cure instantly. Seam Tape has the same chemical structure as PSA adhesive, so the bond is instantly strong and will not detach. One bottle of Seam Tape will last long enough for many quick fixes.
SAFEBOND Seam Tape comes in two different viscosities: 110RT for small fixes and 240RT for medium fixes.
SAFEBOARD® Roughtop Screws
SAFEBOARD® Roughtop must be mounted with SAFEBOARD® Roughtop Screws.
SAFEBOARD® Roughtop Screws are specifically designed for use with SAFEBOARD® Roughtop. SAFEBOARD® Roughtop Screws feature stainless steel screws with 1-1/4” galvanized steel washers.
Regular construction screws and SAFEBOARD® OSP Screws can damage the foam body of SAFEBOARD® Roughtop – SAFEBOARD® Roughtop Screws were designed to spread out the force while holding the panel firmly to a cabinet without damaging the panel.
